The terms governing your use of Prepp Games and Prepp.in.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Prepp Games (hosted at prepp.in/games), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Prepp Games is operated by 3.14 Digital, the company behind Prepp.in.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Prepp Games. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Use of the Platform

Prepp Games is provided as a free, browser-based gaming and learning service. You agree to:

  • Not scrape, copy, or republish game content without written permission
  • Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to manipulate scores or game data
  • Respect other users in any community/forum features

4. Intellectual Property

All games, content, code, designs, logos, graphics, and trademarks on Prepp Games are the exclusive property of 3.14 Digital / Prepp.in, unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Game questions, scenarios, and educational content are sourced from publicly available references (Wikipedia, PIB, government portals, NCERT, GKToday, Testbook, etc.) and curated/reformatted by our team.

5. Educational Content Disclaimer

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the educational content (GK questions, historical dates, scheme details, constitutional articles, etc.) used in our games:

  • Content is provided "as is" for educational and entertainment purposes
  • We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of any factual content
  • Always cross-reference with official sources before relying on facts for actual exam preparation
  • Current Affairs–related content may become dated; verify with latest official sources

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit feedback, comments, or testimonials, you grant Prepp.in / Prepp Games a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute that content. Views posted on forums and comment sections are the sole property of Prepp.in/Prepp Games.

7. Advertisements & Third-Party Content

Prepp Games is supported by advertisements (Google AdSense, Vertoz, and other ad networks). We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads, links, or websites. Click on ads at your own discretion.

8. Privacy

Your use of Prepp Games is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Prepp Games and its operator 3.14 Digital shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
  • Loss of data, scores, or game progress
  • Service interruptions, downtimes, or technical issues
  • Any reliance you place on educational content for actual exam outcomes

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. No Guaranteed Exam Outcomes

While our games are designed to sharpen exam-relevant skills, Prepp Games does not guarantee exam success, marks, ranks, or selection in any competitive examination. Game performance is not a predictor of actual exam performance.

11. Modification of Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any game or feature at any time without prior notice
  • Update these Terms periodically — continued use constitutes acceptance
  • Remove user content that violates these Terms
  • Restrict access to users who violate these Terms

12. Account Termination

If you have a Prepp.in account, you may delete it via app settings. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to any user found violating these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
